Usha Resources Announces Completion of Abiwin Transaction, Expanding White Willow Project

Usha Resources Ltd., a North American mineral acquisition and exploration firm, has finalized the initial phase of the Abiwin Transaction, enhancing their White Willow Lithium Pegmatite Project. The company issued a $15,000 payment alongside 250,000 common shares in a strategic move to acquire 38 mineral claims. This addition not only extends the project's strike length to approximately 44 kilometers but also integrates the Abiwin Lithium Pegmatite Property into its portfolio.

Key findings from preliminary exploration include the discovery of 29 pegmatite dykes with indicators of significant mineralization potential including rubidium concentrations as high as 6,700 ppm. The potential for lithium extraction is underscored by spodumene-subtype pegmatites evidenced within these claims. Usha Resources aims to capitalize on this expanded territory by integrating these zones into its upcoming drilling programs.

CEO Deepak Varshney highlighted the strategic importance of this acquisition, noting its role in augmenting Usha's position within a burgeoning lithium district. He emphasized the embedding of critical metal prospects that complement existing targets, potentially amplifying the project's economic viability. Varshney's outlook reflects an optimism for robust exploration outcomes as the company prepares for detailed explorative initiatives.
