Urban-gro, Inc. Receives Nasdaq Notification of Non-Compliance
Urban-gro, Inc. (NASDAQ:UGRO) announced it has received a non-compliance notice from Nasdaq. The notice, issued on August 20, 2024, points out the company's failure to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, which breaches Nasdaq listing Rule 5250(c)(1).
The listing of urban-gro's common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market remains unaffected for now. The delay in the filing is linked to the need to restate financial statements due to errors in accounting for deferred tax liabilities.
The company has until October 21, 2024, to submit a plan to regain compliance. If accepted, urban-gro may receive an extension until February 18, 2025. Otherwise, the firm can appeal any adverse decision to a Nasdaq Hearings Panel.
