Updating the voting rights of the SOCIETE ANONYME D'EXPLOSIVES ET DE PRODUCTS CHEMIQUES

As of May 10, 2024, the company's share capital includes 2,262,830 shares. This corresponds to a total of 3,678,127 theoretical voting rights. The exercisable voting rights amount to 3,524,540, a difference due to the 153,587 treasury shares which are deprived of voting rights.
