Update on KBC Group's Share Buyback Programme
Within the framework of the share buyback programme announced on 10 August 2023, KBC Group NV has confirmed the completion of several transactions on Euronext Brussels' regulated market from 15 to 19 July 2024.
On 15 July 2024, the company bought 93,000 shares at an average price of €68.37, with prices ranging between €67.88 and €68.78. The following day, 92,000 shares were acquired for a total of €6,304,502, with the average price being €68.53.
The 17th and 18th also saw transactions for 92,000 and 93,000 shares, respectively, at similar average prices. On 19 July 2024, KBC bought 94,000 shares at an average price of €67.62. Following these activities, KBC's total own shares under the buyback programme reached 20,299,766, amounting to €1,251,890,926.
