Update on KBC Group's Share Buyback Programme
KBC Group NV has released an update on its share buyback programme initially announced on 10 August 2023. Key transactions were carried out on Euronext Brussels’ regulated market between 29 July 2024 and 31 July 2024.
On 29 July 2024, 91,000 shares were bought at a total price of €6,495,626, with an average price of €71.38 per share. On 30 July 2024, 90,000 shares were acquired at a total price of €6,467,544, averaging €71.86 per share. On 31 July 2024, 38,057 shares were purchased at a total price of €2,728,535, with an average price of €71.70 per share.
As of 31 July 2024, the total number of shares held by KBC Group NV under the buyback programme amounted to 20,980,823, with a total consideration of €1,299,999,960. This marks the conclusion of the share buyback programme.
