Update on KBC Group Share Buyback Programme
KBC Group NV has provided an update on its share buyback programme initially announced on 10 August 2023. The transactions occurred on Euronext Brussels' regulated market between 27 May 2024 and 31 May 2024.
On 27 May 2024, KBC bought 90,000 shares at a total price of €6,101,325, averaging €67.79 per share. The lowest and highest prices were €66.88 and €68.06 respectively.
On 28 May 2024, 92,000 shares were purchased for €6,142,693 at an average price of €66.77. Prices ranged from €65.60 to €67.44.
On 29 May 2024, another 92,000 shares were bought at €6,133,576, averaging €66.67 per share. The price range was €66.34 to €67.16.
On 30 May 2024, 90,000 shares were acquired for €6,014,862, with an average price of €66.83, varying between €66.10 and €67.46.
Finally, on 31 May 2024, KBC bought 91,000 shares at €6,089,893, averaging €66.92, with prices from €66.58 to €67.24.
As of 31 May 2024, KBC Group NV holds a total of 17,058,766 own shares, amounting to €1,035,883,044 under the buyback programme.
