Update on KBC Group Share Buyback Programme

KBC Group NV has provided an update on its ongoing share buyback programme, originally announced on 10 August 2023. During the period from 20 May 2024 to 24 May 2024, several transactions were executed on Euronext Brussels.

On 20 May 2024, 89,000 shares were bought at an average price of €68.99, totaling €6,140,003. The lowest price recorded that day was €68.74, and the highest was €69.26. Similarly, on 21 May 2024, 88,000 shares were acquired at an average price of €68.65, with the day’s transactions amounting to €6,041,350.

The buying continued on 22 May 2024 with 89,000 shares purchased at an average price of €68.15, totaling €6,065,430. On 23 May 2024, 88,000 shares were bought at an average price of €68.84, costing €6,057,647. Finally, on 24 May 2024, 90,000 shares were purchased for a total of €6,096,393, at an average price of €67.74.

As of 24 May 2024, KBC Group NV holds a total of 16,603,766 shares under the buyback programme, with a total expenditure amounting to €1,005,400,695.
