Update of the Negotiation Program of Caisse des Dépôts

The Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations published a second supplement to the base prospectus dated April 9, 2024. This document was approved by the AMF on July 4, 2024 under number 24-276. The program concerns Medium-Term Negotiable Securities for a total amount of 1.5 billion euros.

This supplement includes key documents for the year 2023: the Financial Report, the Activity Report and the Social Commitment Report. These additions result in an update of the base prospectus, particularly in its sections on documents incorporated by reference and the description of the issuer.

No new or significant events have been noted since the publication of the first supplement in June 2024. In the event of a contradiction between the statements, those of the second supplement prevail. The documents are available on the websites of the Issuer and the AMF.
