University Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQB:UNIB) has acquired an additional 6,438 common shares of Currency Exchange International, Corp. on the Toronto Stock Exchange at an average price of C$19.55, amounting to C$125,863. The company also purchased 23,300 shares on the OTC Markets Stock Exchange (OTCQX:CURN) at $14.25 each, totaling US$332,996. These transactions increase University Bancorp's holdings by 0.48%, giving it control over roughly 12.02% of CXI's outstanding shares.

Prior to this acquisition, University Bancorp owned about 11.54% of CXI.
