UNITI secures its growth with a fundraising of 40 million euros

UNITI, a real estate developer listed on Euronext Growth, announces a capital increase of 40 million euros. This operation, supported by shareholders ETABLISSEMENTS ORIA and SILVER HOLDING SAS, was carried out by issuing 10 million new shares at a unit price of 4 euros. Delivery of the shares is scheduled for December 17, 2024.

This fundraising aims to accelerate the development of subsidized and managed housing programs in France. UNITI wishes to strengthen its national presence and seize external growth opportunities through asset purchases.

Equity per share increases from 1.06 to 2.22 euros. The dilution of existing shareholders is significant, with a stake decreasing from 1% to 0.61% for those who did not subscribe to the increase.
