UBS Crosses Threshold in Ubisoft Entertainment

On November 14, 2024, the Swiss company UBS Group AG crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital of the company UBISOFT ENTERTAINMENT downwards. UBS now holds, directly and indirectly, 92,697 shares representing 0.07% of the capital and 0.06% of the voting rights of UBISOFT.

This decline is the result of the sale of UBISOFT shares off-market and the reduction of shares held through assimilation. UBS holds 86,011 shares, notably through several contracts such as the "right of use over shares" and the "right to recall lent shares".

This transaction allows UBS to benefit from the trading exemption under current regulations.
