UBISOFT: Voting Rights and Shares as of February 28, 2025

Ubisoft Entertainment has published information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital as of February 28, 2025. According to the press release, the company, listed on Euronext Paris in Compartment A, has a total of 130,796,105 shares.

The total number of gross voting rights, also called "theoretical" voting rights, is 143,639,433. This figure includes all shares with voting rights, even those without these rights, but excludes shares without voting rights.

The number of net voting rights, i.e. "exercisable at the General Meeting", also amounts to 143,639,433. The publication of this data is in line with AMF regulations to ensure transparency for investors.
