Ubisoft launches employee shareholding program

Ubisoft Entertainment SA announced on June 9, 2025, the launch of a new employee shareholding program in France and internationally. This initiative aims to strengthen employee involvement in the company's development and future results.

The project, approved by the Board of Directors on March 26, 2025, is open to Ubisoft employees in 18 countries. Participants will be able to subscribe for ordinary shares through a mutual fund (FCPE) or the "Shares + SAR" formula. The subscribed shares will be unavailable for five years, unless a legal exception for early release is provided.

Approximately 2 million shares, representing 1.53% of the share capital, are to be issued under this offering. The subscription period will run from June 19 to July 7, 2025, with a capital increase scheduled for September 24, 2025.
