Information on Ubisoft voting rights and shares as of October 31, 2025

Ubisoft Entertainment, listed on the Euronext Paris market, Compartment A, has announced the total number of shares and voting rights comprising its share capital as of October 31, 2025. In accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), this information indicates that the company holds a total of 134,630,764 shares. These shares represent a total of 148,726,147 theoretical and exercisable voting rights.

The number of gross voting rights includes all shares, even those without voting rights. However, the net voting rights, usable at General Meetings, exclude these, in accordance with the recommendations of the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority).
