BlackRock Crosses a Threshold in Ubisoft Entertainment's Capital
On July 17, 2025, New York-based BlackRock Inc. announced that it had exceeded the 5% stake in Ubisoft Entertainment. This achievement, which occurred on July 16, resulted in a holding of 6,915,582 shares, representing 5.22% of Ubisoft's capital and 4.75% of its voting rights.
The increase in its stake results from various share acquisitions, both on and off the market. This approach also includes an increase in shares held as collateral.
As part of its discretionary management, BlackRock exercises the voting rights linked to these shares, except where exceptions are expressed by its clients to maintain this control.
