U-blox Shareholders Approve Board Proposals at 2024 General Meeting

Thalwil, Switzerland – In a recent assembly, u-blox, a notable player in positioning and wireless communication, declared that its shareholders sanctioned all proposals from the Board of Directors during the 2024 Ordinary Annual General Meeting in Horgen. André Müller will continue as Chairman with Ulrich Looser, Markus Borchert, Karin Sonnenmoser, and Elke Eckstein as board members until the next annual meeting. Fabian Rauch joins as a new board member.

The assembly also confirmed the re-election of Looser and Borchert to the Nomination, Compensation and Sustainability Committee. Additionally, a dividend of CHF 1.00 per share was approved, scheduled for payment on May 13, 2024, following a tax-efficient par value reduction method. Overwhelmingly, shareholders supported the 2023 compensation report and maintained the executive compensation at the previous year’s level.
