Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Renews Corporate Governance Rating Agreement
Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. (TGBD) has announced the renewal of its Corporate Governance Rating Agreement with JCR Eurasia Rating. JCR Eurasia Rating operates under the license of the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB), adhering to the Corporate Governance Principles issued by CMB.
The renewed agreement will take effect on July 14, 2024, and will be valid for the following year. Garanti BBVA assured stakeholders that the statements made are in line with the principles of the Board’s Communiqué, Serial II Nr.15.1. The bank emphasizes the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
In the case of discrepancies between the Turkish and English versions of this announcement, the Turkish version will prevail.
