Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S.: Plans for Investment Institution Warrants

Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. has announced its intention to issue "Garanti Bank Investment Institution Warrants." The total nominal value of this issuance will reach up to 15 billion Turkish Lira, with each warrant priced at TRY 0.1, amounting to a total of 150 million Turkish Lira. This action follows a resolution adopted on February 27, 2025.

The bank has submitted a draft summary for approval to the Capital Markets Board. This submission seeks the issuance of the warrants within a one-year timeframe. The Turkish version of the disclosure takes precedence if discrepancies between language versions arise.
