Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Secures Multi-Currency Syndicated Loan

Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. has announced the signing of a multi-currency syndicated term loan facility from international markets. The agreement includes USD 32.5 million and EUR 23.5 million with a maturity of 367 days, USD 105.25 million and EUR 40 million with a 24-month and 2-day maturity, and USD 87.5 million and EUR 2 million with a 36-month and 2-day maturity. The syndicated loan features participation from 15 countries and 32 financial institutions.

Interest rates for the 367-day tranches are Sofr+1.25% per annum and Euribor+1.10% per annum, respectively. The 24-month and 2-day tranches are set at Sofr+1.75% per annum and Euribor+1.60% per annum. Meanwhile, the 36-month and 2-day tranches have rates of Sofr+2.00% per annum and Euribor+1.80% per annum.
