Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Redeems Debt Under MTN Program

Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. has announced the redemption of its debt instrument issued abroad under the Medium Term Note (MTN) program. Originally issued on January 21, 2025, the debt amounted to GBP 26,980,000. This move follows the bank's public disclosure from January 2025. The Turkish version of the disclosure prevails in case of discrepancies between the Turkish and English texts.

Garanti BBVA has assured that the declaration conforms to the principles set by the Board's Communiqué, Serial II Nr.15.1.
