Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S., also known as Garanti BBVA, has officially communicated the issuance of a considerable series of financial instruments, specifically "Garanti Bank Intermediary Institution Warrants," via a recent prospectus summary dated April 15, 2024. This announcement follows the Board of Directors’ resolution from May 4, 2023, authorizing the issuance program.

The bank has applied for the issuance of 15 billion warrants, with each warrant priced at 1 Kuruş, summing up to a total value of 150 million Turkish Lira.
