Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Announces New Issuance of Intermediary Institution Warrants
Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. (TGBD) has officially filed an application for the issuance of "Garanti Bank Intermediary Institution Warrants" valued at a nominal of 1 Kuruş each, totaling 150 million Turkish Lira. The application, under the resolution passed by the Board of Directors on May 4, 2023, has been submitted to the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency and the Capital Markets Board.
The Capital Markets Board has approved the Issuer Information Document regarding this issuance, set within a 1-year period. Turkiye Garanti emphasizes that their financial disclosures comply with the statutory regulations outlined in the Board’s Communiqué, Serial II Nr.15.1.
