Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. (TGBD) has officially announced the approval of Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. (EY) as the independent audit firm for its 2024 fiscal year financial reports and related activities. This decision, taken by the Bank's General Assembly, was registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on April 3, 2024, and has been published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette number 11057 on the same date.

The bank ensures that this announcement aligns with the principles set by the Board’s Communiqué, Serial II Nr.15.1, and reflects precise and complete information corresponding to their records.
