TTL Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz-AG Extends Bearer Bond Maturity
On March 7, 2025, TTL Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz-AG held a bondholder meeting regarding its 2021/2024 bearer bond. The meeting resulted in unanimous approval for extending the bond's maturity from December 31, 2024, to December 31, 2027. This extension concerns a total nominal bond amount of EUR 10.5 million.
The terms of the bond have been amended to allow annual installment repayments, with the interest rate remaining steady at 2.75% per annum. The collateral arrangements initially established for the bondholders continue unchanged.
