Trifecta Gold Ltd. (TSX-V:TG) (OTCQB:TRRFF) has appointed Jackson Morton as Vice President. Morton, a long-time collaborator with Trifecta President and CEO Richard Drechsler, brings extensive expertise in mineral exploration. His background includes significant contributions at Archer, Cathro & Associates, where he served as Principal and Senior Geologist. Morton holds a Bachelor of Science in Earth Sciences from Simon Fraser University and is recognized as a Professional Geologist in British Columbia.

Additionally, Trifecta has entered into a strategic agreement to acquire up to 100% of Mt. Hinton and ten other gold projects located in Yukon's Tombstone Gold Belt. The company also announced a 4:1 share consolidation to tighten the public float, aiming to facilitate capital raising for their upcoming projects. This consolidation will reduce the number of shares from 80,099,286 to approximately 20,024,822.
