Avant Technologies and Ainnova Expand Latin American Healthcare Presence
Avant Technologies and its joint venture partner, Ainnova, are set to broaden their operations in Latin America, leveraging Ainnova's healthcare technology. The announcement follows Ainnova's sponsorship and key participation in the 2025 Healthcare Innovation Summit in Mexico City.
Ainnova has initiated pilot programs in Chile and the Dominican Republic, collaborating with hospitals to showcase cost-effective diagnostic solutions and improved patient care pathways through its Vision AI platform. This technology assists healthcare providers in identifying health risks, facilitating timely specialist referrals.
The joint venture, Ai-nova Acquisition Corp. (AAC), plans to integrate an AI-driven retinal imaging device for comprehensive risk screening across Latin America. Future plans include expansion into Brazil and the U.S., targeting regulatory approvals to market their innovative healthcare solutions.
