Transactions on Vivendi's own shares from August 12 to 16, 2024

Vivendi has published details of its share transactions completed between August 12 and 16, 2024. The group acquired a total of 3,100,000 shares during this period. The weighted average acquisition price is €9.5314 per share.

Transactions were made on multiple exchanges including XPAR, CEUX, TQEX and AQEU. The majority of purchases took place on the XPAR exchange with volumes ranging from 300,183 to 510,000 shares, at prices between EUR 9.4980 and EUR 9.5556.

Vivendi also made significant purchases on the CEUX market, with volumes ranging from 148,127 to 200,000 shares for prices ranging from €9.4950 to €9.5668. Transactions on TQEX and AQEU were of lower volume but contributed to the overall average.
