Transactions on Treasury Shares Carried Out by Vivendi in July 2024
The Vivendi group recently communicated on several transactions in its own shares carried out on July 25 and 26, 2024. During these two days, the company purchased a total of 1,373,078 securities.
On July 25, Vivendi acquired 173,180 shares, distributed between the XPAR and CEUX markets at respective weighted average prices of 9.7905 and 9.7885 euros per share.
On July 26, acquisitions intensified with a purchase of 1,199,898 shares on the XPAR, CEUX, TQEX and AQEU markets. The average weighted prices varied between 9.9667 and 9.9701 euros per share.
