TradeXBank SA announces the appointment of Viviane Gabard as Chief Risk Officer

On March 25, 2024, TradeXBank AG revealed the entry of Viviane Gabard as Chief Risk Officer. This appointment comes after the departure of Hendrik Weber-Grellet from this position. Viviane Gabard will join the TradeXBank Executive Committee upon approval by Finma. She brings to the bank more than three decades of experience in the international banking sector, with a notable focus on risk management and a strong background in commodity trading finance. She previously held key positions at CA Indosuez (Switzerland) SA and the European Central Bank.

TradeXBank CEO Camille Sednaoui highlighted the importance of this appointment in the bank's current growth phase, which is expanding into new regions and commodities. He also expressed his confidence in the contribution of Viviane Gabard to strengthen risk management within the institution. At the same time, Sednaoui thanked Hendrik Weber-Grellet for his dedication and support, and ensured a smooth transition between the two leaders.
