The Eiffel Tower Company and the New Builders inaugurate "Millésime" in Issy-les-Moulineaux

On October 13, 2025, Société de la Tour Eiffel announced the delivery of "Millésime," a new office building in Issy-les-Moulineaux, intended to house the headquarters of Nouveaux Constructeurs. Acquired in 2023 under a VEFA (off-plan) agreement, this project illustrates a strategy focused on sustainability and rental performance.

"Millésime" comprises 4,500 m² of office space on 7 floors, enhanced by 700 m² of terraces with panoramic views. Located in Greater Paris, its proximity to major public transport links enhances its accessibility.

Certified HQE, BREEAM, and others, it embodies environmental excellence and mixed uses, with harmonious integration into its neighborhood. This project marks the Société de la Tour Eiffel's commitment to territorial transformation.
