Touchstone Exploration Completes £0.68 Million Retail Offering
Touchstone Exploration Inc. has successfully closed its Retail Offer on October 28, 2025, raising £0.68 million. This operation involved the issuance of 6,181,818 new common shares, priced at 11 pence each, through the BookBuild platform. Combined with a previous private placement, Touchstone has gathered a total of £7.0 million, equivalent to approximately US$9.33 million.
In total, 63,636,363 new shares, including those from both the Retail Offer and the private placement, will be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and AIM. This listing process is contingent upon receiving necessary approvals. Post-listing, Touchstone's share capital will consist of 324,733,609 common shares. The company's operations focus on oil and gas exploration in Trinidad and Tobago.
