TotalEnergies: Review of Purchases of Own Shares

Paris, December 31, 2024 - TotalEnergies has detailed its share buyback operations under the authorizations granted by the General Meeting of May 24, 2024. Between December 23 and 27, 2024, the company purchased 771,168 treasury shares. The weighted average acquisition price was EUR 52.11 per share, for a total amount of EUR 40,186,924.88. These transactions were mainly carried out on the XPAR market, with operations also carried out on the CEUX, TQEX and AQEU platforms.
