TotalEnergies: Report on Transactions in Own Shares

Paris, February 25, 2025 - TotalEnergies SE has published a report on its treasury share transactions carried out between February 17 and 21, 2025, in accordance with the authorizations of the General Meeting of May 24, 2024. These transactions are part of the regulations on share buybacks.

During this period, a total of 2,635,962 shares were purchased at an average price of EUR 58.80 per share, for a total amount of EUR 154,999,789.72. Transactions took place on several markets with significant volumes on the main XPAR market.
