TotalEnergies EP Gabon Approves 2023 Financial Statements and Dividend

On May 30, 2024, TotalEnergies EP Gabon held its Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting in Port-Gentil. Chaired by Mr. Michel ANTSELEVE, vice-chairman of the Board of Directors, the meeting saw the approval of all resolutions supported by the board.

Key decisions included the approval of the 2023 financial statements and a net dividend of $22.22 per share. Additionally, the shareholders ratified the co-optations of Ms. Renée Estelle NSI BENGONE, Ms. Stéphanie MPEMBA MBADINGA, Mr. Xavier ROUZEAUD, Mr. Mike SANGSTER, Mr. Thomas MAREEL, and Mr. Brice de Léon RETENO NDIAYE as directors.

Renewals included the mandates of the Gabonese republic, MM. Karim CHAOUCHE, Georges-Eric N’KOMA, and Xavier ROUZEAUD for two years. The terms of office for statutory auditor Ernst & Young Gabon and Mr. Yves Frédéric FUMANAL were extended for six years.

The $22.22 per share dividend will be paid in euro on June 28, 2024, amounting to €20.55 per share.
