Total number of voting rights and shares of Eiffage as of May 31, 2024

The company Eiffage SA, listed on the regulated market of Euronext Paris, has published its monthly information relating to the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital, in accordance with article 223-16 of the general regulations of the 'AMF.

As of May 31, 2024, Eiffage's share capital is made up of 98,000,000 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 119,686,788. This count includes shares with double voting rights and those deprived of voting rights.

Eiffage recalls the presence of a declaration clause for crossing thresholds in its statutes. Any person holding at least 1% of the shares or voting rights must inform the company within 15 days by registered letter.

Fully paid registered shares held for more than two years benefit from double voting rights, in accordance with article 30 of the statutes.
