Tonner Drones: Detailed Capital Increase

Tonner Drones announces a capital increase reserved for its shareholders, with preferential subscription rights maintained. This initiative aims to strengthen cash flow to support research and development and reduce debt. The transaction, worth between €1.05 million and €1.2 million, will result in limited dilution of 7%-8%.

Shareholders will be able to subscribe for one additional share for every 14 shares held at a price of €0.0270. Preemptive rights are tradable until September 29, and the subscription deadline is October 1. Holders of BSAs, distributed to shareholders under certain conditions, will be able to acquire shares at a favorable price.

CEO Diede van den Ouden says this capital increase is a fair opportunity for shareholders to support the company, while reaffirming his confidence in the future of Tonner Drones.
