Tokenwell Expands Collaboration with Talos for Crypto Basket Development
Tokenwell Platforms Inc., a publicly-listed cryptocurrency platform, has announced an expanded relationship with Talos, a provider of institutional-grade crypto data and analytics. This agreement allows Tokenwell to develop a proprietary crypto basket, utilizing Talos's Coin Metrics Multi Asset Series Methodology. The basket, currently in backtesting, is expected to launch in Q1 2026 as part of Tokenwell's institutional-grade offerings.
The basket will incorporate multi-indicator technical analysis, risk-management protocols, and dynamic asset allocation. It aims to adapt to market dynamics through data-backed trading signals, diverging from traditional buy-and-hold strategies. Tokenwell CEO Timothy Burgess highlights this initiative as a step in bridging institutional design with retail accessibility.
The agreement builds on a prior collaboration with Coin Metrics, acquired by Talos earlier this year, supporting Tokenwell's benchmarking and basket development.
