Tick Trading Software AG Releases 2023/2024 Annual Report and Invites Shareholders to 2025 AGM

Düsseldorf's tick Trading Software AG has published its financial report for the 2023/2024 year and announced the 2025 Annual General Meeting scheduled for April 4. The meeting, to be held at Ernst-Schneider-Saal, will discuss the financial outcomes and management achievements of the previous year.

The agenda includes presenting annual financial statements and management reports. Notably, net retained profits reached EUR 1,026,550.77. A proposed dividend of EUR 0.50 per share represents an 11% increase from the previous year.
