Threshold crossing: Wellington Management Group exceeds 5% of Pernod Ricard capital
The American company Wellington Management Group LLP announced, by letter received on August 27, 2024, that it had crossed upwards the threshold of 5% of the capital of Pernod Ricard. This information was communicated pursuant to Article L. 233-7 of the French Commercial Code.
As of 26 August 2024, Wellington Management Group holds 12,873,404 Pernod Ricard shares, representing 5.08% of the capital and 4.24% of the voting rights. This acquisition was made on the market on behalf of its funds and clients.
Note that the total number of shares includes 1,048,907 Pernod Ricard ADRs, corresponding to 209,778 shares, as well as 169,385 shares for which customers retain voting rights.
