Threshold crossing by the CDC at FORVIA
The Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) recently exceeded the 5% voting rights threshold in FORVIA, a company listed on Euronext Paris. This information was received by mail on March 6, 2025, specifying that the threshold had been crossed on March 3, 2025.
CDC now holds 7,559,232 FORVIA shares, representing 3.84% of the company's capital and 5.11% of its voting rights, distributed among its subsidiaries, including Bpifrance Participations and CDC Croissance. This increased stake is due to CDC Croissance's acquisition of FORVIA shares on the market.
The 5% voting rights threshold was crossed, highlighting the CDC's commitment to FORVIA's capital, based on a total of 231,316,471 voting rights.
