The Société de la Tour Eiffel announces the sale of a building in Paris
The Société de la Tour Eiffel has announced the sale of a mixed-use building to Herrmann Immeubles. Located at 12 rue Auber in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, this Haussmann-style building, acquired in 2008, covers approximately 2,400 m². It is currently rented to several businesses and retailers on the ground floor.
Christel Zordan, Managing Director of the Société de la Tour Eiffel, said: “This sale is in line with the roadmap announced in 2022 and will help finance future developments in line with the strategy implemented two years ago. »
Advisers for the sale include Etude Wargny Katz, Savills and Strategies & Corp, while advisers for the purchase are Etude C&C, Theop and Archers.
