Latvia-Poland Business Forum Strengthens Strategic Cooperation

The Latvia-Poland Business Forum, organized by the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA), was held in Warsaw, highlighting strategic cooperation in security, technology, and energy. Latvia's Minister of Economics, Viktors Valainis, stressed the importance of Poland as a key partner, underlining shared interests in regional security and technological advancement.

Key economic figures were presented, showcasing strong trade relations between the two nations, with a bilateral trade volume of €3.9 billion in 2025. Poland is a significant trading partner, ranking high in Latvian export destinations. The event included insights from various leaders, aiming to transform dialogue into actionable projects across defense, ICT, and energy sectors.

The forum also emphasized the potential for collaboration, particularly in developing joint projects in technology and energy fields. LIAA expressed commitment to support Latvian SMEs through EU co-funded programs to enhance entrepreneurship and international partnerships.
