SLAM Exploration Ltd. Increases Private Placement Offering to $2.034 Million
SLAM Exploration Ltd. has raised its non-brokered private placement to $2,034,000 due to heightened investor interest. The offering, initially announced on February 18, 2026, will include 22,600,000 units priced at $0.09 per unit.
The offering is structured as follows: up to 18,000,000 flow-through CMETC units for Canadian critical mineral exploration tax credits, 3,000,000 flow-through units earmarked for Canadian exploration expenses, and 1,600,000 non-flow-through units.
Proceeds will fund the Goodwin project and other gold exploration activities. Closing of the offering is pending TSX Venture Exchange approval, with a statutory hold period of four months plus one day applicable to all issued securities.
Participants may include insiders of the company, constituting a related party transaction under applicable guidelines.
