The GAUSSIN subsidiary, Metalliance, enters into receivership
GAUSSIN SA, a leader in transport and logistics solutions, announced the placement in receivership of its subsidiary Metalliance by the Dijon Commercial Court on May 17, 2024. This approach includes the appointment of several administrators and legal representatives.
A six-month observation period was set by the court, indicating a phase of increased monitoring for Metalliance. In response, Christophe GAUSSIN, the director of the company, expressed his desire to restore calm around this situation and to re-establish dialogue with the subsidiary concerned.
