The Capital Group Companies Cross Thresholds at Ubisoft
On July 31, 2024, The Capital Group Companies, Inc., a Los Angeles-based investment firm, informed Ubisoft Entertainment that its stake had fallen below the 5% voting rights threshold. The company now holds 6,928,332 Ubisoft shares, representing 4.99% of the voting rights and 5.43% of the capital.
In a second letter dated August 2, 2024, The Capital Group Companies declared a further reduction in its stake, this time below 5% of the capital. The company now holds 6,257,743 shares, equivalent to 4.91% of the capital and 4.51% of the voting rights.
These movements are linked to sales of Ubisoft shares on the market.
