The CAPELLI company delivers a new residence in Dammarie-lès-Lys

The CAPELLI company, a well-established real estate player, recently completed the construction of the Résidence Charles & Lys in Dammarie-lès-Lys, sold to the social landlord MON LOGIS. This large-scale operation includes 115 housing units spread over four buildings. Designed by architect ATELIER 77, the residence meets rigorous standards of modern comfort and environmental performance.

Residents will benefit from 149 parking spaces, including 122 underground. The location of the residence is particularly advantageous thanks to its proximity to Melun train station, offering quick access to Paris. The community of Dammarie-lès-Lys also benefits from a setting rich in green spaces and its historical heritage.

The residence was completed in April after construction started in August 2021, and demonstrated high construction quality, reflected in its low reserve rate upon delivery. This delivery contributes to the extension of the social housing offer in the region, orchestrated by MON LOGIS, an Action Logement entity managing more than 13,000 housing units.
