The Blockchain Group strengthens its strategy with a capital increase of €9.9 million
On May 9, 2025, The Blockchain Group, a company listed on Euronext Growth Paris, announced a capital increase of €9.888 million. The Board of Directors decided on May 7, 2025, to issue 9,045,039 new shares at a unit price of €1.0932. This transaction aims to support its Bitcoin Treasury Company strategy, focused on the accumulation of bitcoins while developing its activities in data intelligence and decentralized technologies.
The shares were allocated to various investors, including TOBAM and Quadrille Capital. These funds will also enable the continued development of the company's subsidiaries.
