The Blockchain Group strengthens its financial capacity
On February 21, 2025, The Blockchain Group held an Extraordinary General Meeting in Puteaux. The main objective was to increase its capital raising capacity by more than €300 million. This financial strengthening aims to accelerate its strategy as a Bitcoin Treasury Company.
At this meeting, 29.986% of the voting rights were exercised by the shareholders, present or represented. All the proposed resolutions were adopted by a large majority of more than 95%. The Board of Directors is granted new delegations to issue shares or securities.
Jean-Philippe Casadepax-Soulet, CEO, expressed his gratitude to the shareholders for their trust. He said that this approval will allow The Blockchain Group to continue developing its activities.
