The Biltmore Los Angeles Joins Historic Hotels of America

The Biltmore Los Angeles has been officially inducted into Historic Hotels of America, as announced on May 16, 2024. This program is part of the National Trust for Historic Preservation and recognizes the preeminent historic hotels across the United States.

Established and opened on October 2, 1923, The Biltmore is noted for its Beaux-Arts architectural style and a rich history marked by hosting notable guests including presidents and celebrities. Lawrence Horwitz, Executive Vice President of Historic Hotels of America, praised The Biltmore Los Angeles for its dedication to preservation and ensuring the hotel remains a cherished destination for future travelers.

Managed by Millennium Hotels and Resorts, The Biltmore Los Angeles is celebrated for maintaining a blend of historical charm with modern luxury, ensuring guests enjoy both the legacy and contemporary amenities. The hotel's eligibility for this recognition involves being at least 50 years old and listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
