TFF Group acquires 51% of the Petitrenaud group
TFF Group has entered into a partnership agreement with the Petitrenaud family, involving a 51% stake in the Petitrenaud group companies, including Scierie Petitrenaud and Parqueterie Beausoleil.
The Petitrenaud group, in operation since 1947, specializes in oak working, including sawmilling, parquetry and logging. Located in Nièvre, it benefits from quality oak resources.
Scierie Petitrenaud is an important player in the stave industry and a historic supplier to TFF Group. Parqueterie Beausoleil, active since 1875, manufactures high-end products.
The family shareholders, Didier, Rémi and Xavier Petitrenaud, will continue to occupy management positions. Synergies with TFF Group will strengthen supply and diversification capabilities.
